The internationally recognized RIT School of Photographic Arts and Sciences presents the catalogue for Images from Science 2 — a 2008 show that features exciting contemporary photography from the fields of astronomy, physics, engineering, medicine, and microbiology. Photographers from around the world submitted 300 scientific images that were judged for exhibition inclusion by a panel of photographic experts from esteemed institutions such as Smithsonian, Fotomundo, Sky & Telescope, Adobe Systems, Inc., and the Karolinksa Institutet in Sweden.

Photographers from 14 countries submitted 300 scientific images that were judged for exhibition inclusion by a panel of photographic experts from esteemed institutions such as, National Geographic, LIFE, American Photo, George Eastman House, RIT and the Lennart Nilsson Foundation.
The Journal of Applied Science and Engineering Technology (JASET) is an online peer-reviewed, open access journal launched by Rochester Institute of Technology's (RIT's) College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST). JASET presents the latest empirically-derived methodologies, analyses, and results in engineering, technology, and the applied sciences on an annual basis.
